Kansai Nerolac Paints rises on entering into joint venture agreement with Polygel Industries

Kansai Nerolac Paints is currently trading at Rs. 430.25, up by 0.20 points or 0.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 430.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 423.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 430.25 and Rs. 413.00 respectively. So far 4751 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 540.45 on 13-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 343.40 on 23-Oct-2018.

Kansai Nerolac Paints has entered into joint venture agreement with Polygel Industries. By virtue of the joint venture agreement, the company and Polygel will establish a joint venture in India, by incorporating a separate company, to which the adhesives, construction chemicals and sealants business of Polygel would be transferred under a separate Business Transfer Agreement.
