This transaction would enable Shri Bajrang Alloys to expand its food products business with a view to harvest significant synergies and for further expansion and creation of employment.

Shri Bajrang Alloys is recognized as one of the largest structural rolling mills in Chattisgarh, India. Bajrang Alloys rolls a complete range of products like Beams / Joists, Channels, Angles and custom built items.
