Shri Bajrang Alloys has acquired 100% Equity shares of Shri Bajrang Agro Processing (Formerly known as Shri Bajrang Steel and Power) on May 14, 2019. This transaction would enable Shri Bajrang Alloys to expand its food products business with a view to harvest significant synergies and for further expansion and creation of employment.
