JSW Energy has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 16, 2019, has recommended declaration of dividend of Re 1 per Equity Share of Rs 10 (10%), on the paid up Equity Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2019, to the Members of the Company at the ensuing 25th Annual General Meeting. In terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, the Dividend recommended as above, if declared by the Members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or before September 11, 2019.
