Whirlpool of India has informed that a meeting of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 24, 2019, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2019 and to recommend dividend, if any for the year ended March 31, 2019. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from April 01, 2019 until publication of the financial results and accordingly the same shall remain closed from April 01, 2019 till May 26, 2019.
