On August 9, 2012, LKP Merchant Financing sold 46.10 lakh shares for over Rs 4 crore through an open market transaction. The company offloaded 46.10 lakh equities of the airline at a price of Rs 8.79 per share, valuing the deal at Rs 4.05 crore.
