Sunil Hitech Engineers has received an approval to enter into an agreement, subject to such other approvals as may be required, with Sagar Autocars for purchase of oil, lubricants, fuels and other related products for a value of Rs 2.50 crore per year excluding taxes and duties, packaging applicable hereunder for a period of three years. The board at its meeting held on August 14, 2012 has approved for the same.
