Jyoti Structures shoots up on bagging order worth Rs 1,491 crore

Jyoti Structures is currently trading at Rs. 40.25, up by 2.15 points or 5.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 38.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 37.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 42.35 and Rs. 37.25 respectively. So far 5,13,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 79.00 on 08-Sep-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 35.05 on 22-Dec-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 42.35 and Rs. 37.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 330 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 27.81% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.67% and 47.52% respectively.

Jyoti Structures has received domestic and export order worth Rs 1,491 crore. The orders include 400 Kv transmission lines on turnkey basis in India and Kenya, and also project related to rural electrification. Currently, the company‘s order book is higher than at any time in the past. The orders now received are to be executed in 18 and 24 months. 

Jyoti Structures is solution provider in area of high voltage power transmission lines and Substations. The company provides wide range of services from design, engineering consulting, tower testing, manufacturing, construction and project management.
