Orient Electric has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Saturday, July 13, 2019 to Tuesday, July 16, 2019 for the purpose of 3rd Annual General Meeting and also for the payment of Final Dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2019 at the rate of Rs. 0.50 (50%) per share of Re 1 each, as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on April 30, 2019. The payment of Final Dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 3rd AGM.
