Nucleus Software Exports informs about book closure and AGM

Nucleus Software Exports has informed that Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 8th July 2019. Further the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 2, 2019 to July 8, 2019 for the purpose of AGM and for payment of dividend, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015. The dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be payable to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or as a beneficial owner in the records of National Securities Depositories Ltd. and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. on close of business as on July 1, 2019.
