Nirlon has informed that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 13, 2019 have fixed book closure from August 23, 2019 to September 3, 2019; and record date on August 22, 2019. Further, dividend of Rs 0.75 paise per equity share (@7.5%) has been recommended by the Board for the FY2018-19, and subject to the approval of Members at this ensuing 60th Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2019. If the dividend as recommended by the Board is approved at this 60'h AGNI, Payment of such dividend will be made on or before October 1, 2019 to Members.
