Huhtamaki PPL has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing/ trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 1st July 2019 till end of 48 hours after announcement of unaudited financial results for quarter and half year ending 30th June 2019. The date of announcement of the unaudited financial results for quarter and half year ending 30th June 2019 shall be intimated in due course.
