In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct of the Company, Varroc Engineering has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from July 1, 2019 (Monday) to 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. The date of declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2019 shall be announced in due course. Accordingly, all Insiders /Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
