SpiceJet flies high on launching daily non-stop flight connecting Mumbai with Hong Kong

Spicejet is currently trading at Rs. 124.90, up by 0.55 points or 0.44% from its previous closing of Rs. 124.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 124.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 126.35 and Rs. 123.50 respectively. So far 674618 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 156.90 on 03-Jun-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 60.60 on 04-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 132.00 and Rs. 121.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7520.47 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.01% and 27.99% respectively.

SpiceJet has launched a daily non-stop flight connecting India’s financial capital Mumbai with Hong Kong. SpiceJet is the only Indian carrier to connect Mumbai with Hong Kong with a daily non-stop flight effective 31 July, 2019.

One of the top tourist destinations in the world, Hong Kong is also connected to Delhi with a daily non-stop flight by SpiceJet. SpiceJet will deploy its 168-seater Boeing 737-800 aircraft on the sector.

SpiceJet is among the first private companies that stepped into the Indian aviation sector.
