Brigade Enterprises skyrockets on getting nod for incorporation of subsidiary

Brigade Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 70.05, up by 6.85 points or 10.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 63.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 65.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 73.40 and Rs. 65.00 respectively. So far 60,385 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 158.20 on 21-Sep-2010 and a 52 week low of Rs. 61.05 on 09-Aug-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 73.40 and Rs. 61.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 709.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.58% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.28% and 36.14% respectively. 

Brigade Enterprises has received an approval for incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) to carry on mall management business. The company has received an approval at its board meeting held on August 11, 2011.
