Mahaan Foods has informed that pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for Designated Persons from July 01, 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
