CIL Nova Petrochemicals has informed that Trading Window for the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 1st July, 2019 in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window shall be opened after 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting, in which the Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 shall be approved. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated separately. The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders covered under the code.
