UCO Bank falls as RBI imposes Rs 50 lakh penalty on the Bank

UCO Bank is currently trading at Rs. 18.05, down by 0.05 points or 0.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 18.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 17.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 18.05 and Rs. 17.70 respectively. So far 13812 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 23.40 on 01-Jan-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 15.30 on 09-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 19.25 and Rs. 17.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13251.95 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 93.29%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.54% and 2.17% respectively.

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has imposed a penalty of Rs 50 lakh on UCO Bank for non-compliance of RBI directives on KYC Norms / AML Standards / CFT / Obligation of banks and financial institutions under PMLA 2002 and also on Opening of Current Accounts by Banks - Need for discipline.

UCO Bank is a commercial bank and a Government of India Undertaking. The Bank offers wide range of services includes Personal Banking, Corporate Banking, International Banking, Rural Banking and other services.
