Sathavahana Ispat has informed that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with immediate effect for the Designated Persons till forty-eight hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2019. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2019 will be intimated in due course.
