West Coast Paper Mills has informed that as per amended provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and subsequent clarifications issued by BSE, and National Stock Exchange of India, vide their Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE/CMU2019/11 both dated 02.04.2019 respectively, regarding trading restriction period, the trading window for designated persons/ insiders covered under The Code of Conduct shall remain closed from the end of the quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2019.
