East Buildtech has informed that the Company’s Code of Conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing with securities of the Company for Designated Persons specified under the Code shall be closed with effect from Friday, 5th July, 2019 onwards till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019 by the Company. Further, the notice of Board Meeting to consider and approve the aforementioned Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019 shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchange.
