Yes Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 1,53,250 (One Lakh Fifty Three Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty) equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each on July 16, 2019 under ESOP plans JESOP V and PESOP II- 2010.
