CFCL Mauritius ceases to be subsidiary of Camlin fine Sciences

Camlin fine Sciences’ arm -- CFCL Mauritius has been reverse merged with its wholly owned subsidiary CFS Europe S.p.A, Italy and consequently, CFCL Mauritius ceased to be the subsidiary of Camlin fine sciences.

CFCL Mauritius was the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Mauritius to acquire 100% stake CFS Europe S.p.A. The deed of reverse merger was filled at the Chamber of Commerce of Ravenna, with June 25, 2019 as effective date of merger. The registration of Company as sole shareholder of CFS Europe S.p.A was being completed on June 17, 2019 at the Chamber of Commerce of Ravenna.

Camlin Fine Sciences is the world's second largest manufacturer and marketer of food grade antioxidants BHA (butylated hydroxyanisole) and TBHQ (Tertiary Butylhydroquinone).
