IMP Powers has successfully commissioned Small Hydro Power (SHP) Project (2 x 500 KW) at Kargil in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. The project was executed by the company for Kargil Renewable Energy Development Agency (KREDA). This project will provide round the clock power facilities for the first time to around 3000 households of Tai Suru Block located at Kargil. The company has thus become the first company to successfully commission 3 SHPs in Kargil region.
