ZF Steering Gear (India) has sold and transferred the shares of Robert Bosch Automotive Steering to Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH, Germany and received the consideration of Rs 62.50 crore. With this transaction Robert Bosch Automotive Steering ceased to be an ‘associate company’ of the Company.

ZF Steering Gear (India) is engaged in the manufacture of Mechanical - worm & roller and integral hydraulic power steering gears in financial and technical collaboration with ZF Friedrichafen AG Germany, the world's largest independent steering gears manufacturer.
