HDFC Bank trades higher on the bourses

HDFC Bank is currently trading at Rs. 2303.60, up by 23.80 points or 1.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 2279.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2285.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2315.45 and Rs. 2283.05 respectively. So far 41470 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2502.90 on 03-Jul-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1884.40 on 31-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2429.35 and Rs. 2242.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 631457.27 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 26.25%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 55.72% and 18.05% respectively.

HDFC Bank has reportedly stopped inventory financing for some dealers of Eicher Motors’ Royal Enfield motorbikes as those dealers are well capitalised. These dealers have been communicated about the action.
