Prism Johnson has agreed to acquire up to 30% equity stake for approximately Rs 2 crore in Sunspring Solar, a subsidiary of Cleantech Solar Energy (India), for the power requirement of the company's tiles manufacturing facilities aggregating up to 4.58 MWp. The solar plants are expected to be commissioned by Q3FY20 in a phased manner.
