In continuation of its earlier intimation dated 28th June, 2019 regarding Closure of Trading Windows, the Trading Windows for dealing in securities of the Company has been already closed from 01st July, 2019 and shall remain closed up to 16th August, 2019 i.e. till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019.
