Sobha’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Sobha Developers (Pune) has acquired 100% equity shares of Kuthavakkam Builders and Kuthavakkam Realtors. With the acquisition of the said shares, Kuthavakkam Builders and Kuthavakkam Realtors have become wholly owned subsidiaries of Sobha Developers (Pune) and step down subsidiaries of Sobha.

Sobha is one of the fastest growing and foremost backward integrated real estate players in the country. It primarily focuses on residential and contractual projects.
