Tarmat has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday 10th August 2019 at 01.00 P.M. to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the 01st quarter ended 30th June, 2019. Further, in terms of Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the closure of trading window for purchase/ sale of securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has already commenced from 01st July, 2019 and will end 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2019.
