Punjab & Sind Bank has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2019.
The Bank has reported net loss at Rs 30.28 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 398.02 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the Bank decreased by 4.20% at Rs 2,237.91 crore for Q1FY20 as compared Rs 2336.04 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
The Bank’s gross NPA for the April-June quarter of the current fiscal increased to 12.88%, as compared to 10.55% in the same quarter of the previous year. Besides, Bank’s Net NPA stood at 7.77% in Q1FY20.
