Sintex Plastics Technology through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary -- Sintex Holdings BV -- has entered into a share purchase agreement with respect to sale of 100% equity stake in its indirect wholly owned subsidiary -- Sintex NP SAS to Xtech Invest SAS. The expected date of completion of sale is October 31, 2019. The total equity consideration for sale of 100% of Sintex NP SAS is 155 million euro.
