Alufluoride edges higher on signing pact with JPMC to set up Aluminium Fluoride Project

Alufluoride is currently trading at Rs. 115.30, up by 0.90 points or 0.79% from its previous closing of Rs. 114.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 115.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 119.00 and Rs. 114.85 respectively. So far 3843 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 199.00 on 06-Sep-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 82.15 on 06-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 119.00 and Rs. 100.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 80.50 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.29%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.28% and 39.43% respectively.

Alufluoride has signed a Non-Binding Heads of Agreement with Jordan Phosphate Mines Co. (JPMC), Jordan for setting up of a Green Field Aluminium Fluoride Project at Eshidiya, Jordan as a Joint Venture.

Alufluoride is engaged in producing Aluminium Fluoride. The company makes continuous efforts to conserve energy at various levels of operations, to save power, fuel oil and cost.
