Tata Power's JV to collaborate with Delhi Govt to provide education to out-of-school children

Tata Power Delhi Distribution (TPDDL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of NCT of Delhi, is going to collaborate with the Delhi government's education department for enrolment of underprivileged children in schools under 'Meri Pathshala' programme.

In the first phase of the programme, TPDDL will support 400 out-of-school children, aged between six and 14 years, enrolled in the Delhi government schools under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. Under the programme, TPDDL will provide digital learning equipment, including software and training support to teachers, for digital classrooms and make available other necessary learning material for them.
