Rubfila International has informed that the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, the 15th day of September, 2019 to Saturday, the 21st day of September 2019 in connection with the 26th Annual General Meeting to be held on 21.09.2019. Board of Directors of the Company recommended a dividend of 20% (Re 1 per share of face value Rs 5 each) for the year 2018-19. If approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, dividend will be paid on or before 20/10/2019.
