Dilip Buildcon has informed that in continuation to its announcement dated August 1, 2019 and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has executed the EPC Agreement with the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, New Delhi, in the state of Karnataka.
