Maple Investment has offloaded nearly 5 crore shares or 6.27 per cent stake of Lemon Tree Hotels worth over Rs 273 crore through open market transaction. Maple Investment sold over 4.97 crore shares at Rs 55 per piece for Rs 273.48 crore.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms, as of June 30, 2017.
