DCW has raised funds through allotment of tenth tranche of 271 Unrated Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 aggregating to Rs 2.71 crore on a private placement basis on September 06, 2019. The Committee of Board of Directors of the company approved the same.
