Allied Computers International (Asia) has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on September 01, 2012, has decided and approved the appointment of a statutory auditor in place of the retiring statutory auditor to hold the office of the auditor from the conclusion of the forthcoming annual general meeting till the conclusion of next annual general meeting, subject to member’s approval.
Further, it approved the re-appointment of Nilesh Mistery as a director on the board of the company pursuant to the provisions of section 255 (1) (a) read with the provisions of section 256 of the companies act, 1956, subject to the approval of members.
