JBM Auto has informed that 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Saturday, 14th September, 2019 at 12:00 noon at Air Force Auditorium, Subroto Park, New Delhi-110010 and concluded at 12.55 PM. Surendra Kumar Arya, Chairman of the Company chaired the meeting. The requisite quorum being present in the meeting, the Chairman conducted the proceedings of the meeting. He introduced the Directors, Statutory Auditor, Secretarial Auditor and other officials of the Company sitting on the dais. All the Directors of the Company were present at the AGM.
