Indian Overseas Bank proposes to raise funds via bonds

Indian Overseas Bank has proposed to raise Tier II capital by issue of Basel III Compliant Tier II Bonds for an issue size of Rs 500 crore with Green Shoe Option of Rs 300 crore aggregating Rs 800 crore on private placement basis.
