Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a Vivanta hotel in Manipal, Udupi in the state of Karnataka. This hotel is a management contract with Harinath Builders & Developers, a sister concern of Ballal Developers. The proposed hotel will comprise 100 well-furnished guest rooms and will include an all-day dining restaurant, bar, a rooftop diner, recreation facilities and modern meeting spaces.
