Thyrocare Technologies is going to consider the report of valuation of the wholly owned subsidiary company, Nueclear Healthcare (NHL), obtained from a second valuer engaged for the purpose, in the context of deciding whether to retain the company's shareholding in NHL or dispose it. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on September 21, 2019, to consider the same.
