Manor Estates & Industries’ Board has approved the draft of construction agreement with contractor to construct independent villas on company land admeasuring about 6 acres in the Medak district of Telangana. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on September 25, 2019, approved the same.

Manor Estates & Industries was a 100% Export Oriented Unit engaged in the production and export of high quality cotton socks. Production was stopped by the end of 2013 and new objects of warehousing and construction were taken up in 2014.
