In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Bank’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Canara Bank has informed that the Trading Window for the Directors/ Designated Persons of the Bank/ their relatives/ Connected Persons to deal in shares of the Bank, shall remain closed from 30.09.2019 upto 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter/Half year ending 30.09.2019. The date of the meeting of the Board at which aforesaid financial results are to be approved, will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
