In terms of the provisions of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and pursuant to the Code of Insider Trading of the Company, (The Code), Zydus Wellness has informed that trading window will remain closed from October 1, 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter/ half year ending on September 30, 2019 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.
