Mahanagar Gas has informed that as per the Company's code of conduct and code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons from Tuesday, October 01, 2019 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2019.
