Supreme Infrastructure India has informed that Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai, vide order dated 30th September, 2019 has admitted the initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) in respect of the matter of Vikas Shuttering Store (VSSPL) Vs. Supreme Infrastructure India. The Company have worked out amicable settlement with VSSPL. The parties have mutually agreed to jointly file the conset terms with Hon. NCLT, Mumbai on next working day. The email Communication in this regard is attached herewith. At present, the NCLT is closed on account of Navratri Holidays and will reopen on 9th October, 2019.
