In compliance of Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, based on the certification received from Integrated Registry Management Services, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), NLC India has confirmed that within 15 days of receipt of the certificate(s) of security from the Depository Participant(s), confirmation of dematerialisation to the Depositories and monthly report of securities dematerialised, for the months comprising the Quarter, July - September 2019, has been duly sent to the stock Exchanges where the securities are listed; after due verification, immediately mutilated and cancelled the certificate(s) of security; and substituted the name of the Depository as the registered owner and had sent a certificate to this effect to the Depositories and to every stock exchange on a monthly basis, where the securities are listed.
