HDFC Bank registers around 22% growth in deposits in Q2FY20

HDFC Bank has registered around Rs 10,215 billion deposits as of September 30, 2019, a growth of around 22%, over to Rs 8,334 billion as of September 30, 2018. The bank’s advances aggregated to approximately Rs 8,970 billion as of September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 7,508 billion as of September 30, 2018, a growth of around 19%.

The Bank’s CASA ratio stood at around 39.2% as of September 30, 2019, as compared to 42.0% as of September 30, 2018 and 39.7% as of June 30, 2019.

HDFC Bank is one of India’s premier banks providing a wide range of financial products and services using multiple distribution channels including a pan-India network of branches, ATMs, phone banking, net banking and mobile banking.
