Pidilite Industries has incorporated a subsidiary in the name of ‘Pidilite Litokol’ (PLPL) on October 7, 2019 to carry on the business of chemicals epoxy grouts, chemical based products etc. In terms of the Shareholders Agreement, the company shall hold 60% of the paid-up share capital and management control of PLPL.
